Unfortunately, I don't have any of these Case Knives in my inventory right now. Every now and then we get them in. You may want to check eBay. I saw one on there a couple of days ago. I sent the link to your email but your email server kicked back my message.

Never heard of them. It looks like cheap stuff to me. Now, I'm not knocking cheap knives. They are nice to have around and to be honest, I've got a drawer full.

The Boker SUBCOM looks pretty sweet. I have a ton of Boker knives and they rank as some of the best. My favorite would have to be the Boker Applegate or WWI Trench knife, it just looks mean. My grandfather even passed a few down to me.

I am thinking about buying this folding eagle claw bayonet knife from this website. I would like to know if anyone has heard of this company before or seen this knife before. The knife looks like it is made very well but I would like to find someone who may already have it to tell me more about it. I would also like to know how to find out if this LDU Company is trustworthy. Their website is www.LDUcompany.com , If anyone has bought them before please let me know.

Hello Bob,

You're right, the Doctors are all about injections. And, although there is a temporary relief of pain, the injections last less than a week commonly.

I did about two months of physical therapy. Some of it was effective and most of it put me in much more pain for the following days. That wasn't a problem because I wasn't working. Now that I'm back at work, I can't afford to deal with too much pain.

I haven't tried the chiropractor. Maybe I'll look into that. Anything for some relief.

I am going to try to get more physical therapy. The problem is, when I asked my doctor to release me back to work, light duty at that, DOL dropped my case. So, I'll have to start the paper work trail to get this approved. It could take quite some time.

I'm actually going to try to talk my doctor into stating that my injury was pre-existing. DOL didn't recognize my hernias and spondylolthesis as injuries anyway. They stated that all I had was a back sprain. If I can get the doctor to write up that my real injuries were not work related, I can get my insurance to cover me and get this taken care of.

Thanks for the comments.

Take Care,
Cole

A good physical therapist and possibly chiropractor is what you need to get your spine realigned. The doctors will just keep sticking you full of cortisone if you let them. That leads to tissue and bone degeneration if used in excess. The problem is finding good doctors. Does the DOL not let you get a referral from your primary doctor for physical therapist? That would be my next move.

I have seen many people travel down the same road as you medically speaking and PT seems to be the best cure overall.

Good advice Cole. It reminds me to get that wooden rod to put in my sliding glass door. I also have strategically placed bats near the entrances and in the bedroom.
