The Emerson tactical folding knife can be quite the intimidating tool. Emerson is renowned for quality knives and cannot be challenged when it comes to a rugged and practical knife.
I just want to give you a brief overview of a few of my preferred Emerson tactical folding knives and what I like about them. This is not going to be a super in-depth review but just a quick look at what makes these knives so dog-goned great.
The Emerson tactical folding knife is made from 154CM stainless steel ensuring you a lifelong solid blade that isn’t going to go snapping off from hard use.

Emerson Tactical Folding Knife - Emerson Commander, Black-T Finish, PlainMy Thoughts: You’ve got a solid knife here with a 3.75 in., clip point, 154CM plain edge blade with a black Teflon finish.. This is the perfect knife for black out stealth type operations or trimming your nails in the dark. This knife incorporates a Wave feature. It’s got Titanium liners and black G-10 handle scales. The overall length 8.75 in. with a hardness RC 57-59.

My Thoughts: What you have here features a 3.90 inch blade with a satin chrome combo plain/ serrated edge of 154CM stainless steel and a 4.95 in. handle with grey .125 titanium on one side and black G-10 on the other. To be straight, it’s one good looking knife.
Emerson Tactical Folding Knife - Emerson Combat Bowie, Black G10 Handle, Black Blade, SerratedMy Thoughts: Now here’s a knife that James Bowie probably would’ve sawed his own leg off for. It features a 3.85 in. black Teflon coated serrated edge blade of 154 CM stainless steel and a 5.15 in. black G10 handle. Remember the Alamo!
